Unless stated otherwise all orders will be processed within 3 working days and sent to you via Royal Mail 48
hour delivery service, you will receive an email when your items have left us. If you are in a hurry to receive your goods please send us an email email@example.com
and we will do our best to get it to you asap.
All coffee club deliveries are sent out on a Tuesday via Royal Mail 48 hour service so you will have fresh coffee ready for the weekend. Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order details and we will issue a refund or exchange as preferred.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned to us within 14 days
of receipt, they must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. We can not accept returns of coffee or chocolate or any other perishable goods and will not accept returns of gift subscriptions. Please note that unless the item returned is faulty shipping costs are not refundable.

. Please include proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will process your refund straight away through paypal services to the original payment method. Please note that depending on the credit card company it can take up to 30 days for the refund to show on a statement. If after 30 days you have not received the returned funds into your account please email us at email@example.com
and we will investigate the delay.
Please note that you are responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred for returning items and we can’t take any responsibly for return items that are lost in transit, please consider using a tracked postal service.
If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. All orders are subject to availability. When an order is placed you will receive an email notification confirming we have received it, you will receive a second e-mail notifying you that your order has been despatched. At the moment your order is dispatched, a contract for sale will be made between you and us. In the occurrence that we are out of stock we will contact you directly, here you can decide if you want to continue with the order or cancel.
Prices for our Products are quoted on our Website. Whilst we will endeavour to make sure prices are always correct errors can occur. We will verify prices as part of the sale process and if there is an error in the price of a product we will contact you prior to dispatching the product to check whether you would like to proceed with the order or cancel the order. Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts, which have come into force prior to the change in price.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the Products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we may cancel the order, or if already dispatched we may cancel the contract. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to payment authorisation being delayed or refused by your card issuer.
Payment for all Products must be made using PayPal secure payment gateway or via Pay Pal. This means that PayPal manage the transaction on our behalf and we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order.

We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your permission for us to do so. By placing an order, you will consent to the use of such personal information.
To process and deliver your order we need some basic information about you, this is collected by you completing our forms on our website. This information includes your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. If you are joining our coffee club you will also be asked about your coffee preferences. By completing these details, you consent for us to use them to the extent necessary to fulfill our service to you. We will only hold the above information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and/or deal with any specific issues that you may arise.
Information we collect about others
We may collect and process the following information about others that you provide us with, including information that you provide by completing the forms on our website. For example, if you purchase coffee club as a gift for a someone, we will collect necessary information about the recipient of the gift as well as from you. You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.
When registering for an account you will use a password, It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
