Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my coffee club delivery?
We send our coffee club orders out every Tuesday via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery so you will receive your delivery on a Thursday, super fresh and ready for the weekend.

How many grams of coffee will I receive through my coffee club subscription?
Every coffee club delivery is at least 250g, on occasion you might receive more as some of our suppliers only provide 300g bags.

Will the coffee club box fit through my letter box?
The coffee club box will fit through some letter boxes but unfortunatley not all, the dimensions are 145mm wide x 220mm long and 45mm deep. If you're not in when the postman calls you can pick it up from your local post office or you can change your delivery address by editing your account and we will send it somewhere more convenient, all we ask is that you do this before 5pm on the Monday before your next delivery.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Just log in to your account, click edit details, select the date you want to stop the subscription and then the date when you want it restart.

I live outside the UK and would like to join the coffee club, can I do that?
Sorry, at the moment we only deliver in the UK.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have an ongoing subscription you can cancel your membership at any time. Just log in to your account, select edit details, and then select cancel subscription and we will stop it for you right away. We wont bombard you with emails to find out why but if you have any feedback we would love to hear it.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Just log in to your account, click edit details and enter your new delivery address, please do this before 5pm on the Monday before your next delivery.

I would like to change from ground coffee to whole beans, can I do this?
Yes simply send us an email to info@bellandrigg.com and we will change it for you, please give us 7 days notice before your next deliver is due.

I would like to change my brew method, can i do this?
Yes simply send us an email to info@bellandrigg.com we will change it for you, please give us 7 days notice before your next deliver is due.

How fresh is my coffee?
All our coffees are roasted to order and we will endeavour to get your coffee to you within 5 days of the roast date.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?
We recommend that you use your coffee within 3 weeks after the roast date.

Is the coffee ethically sourced?
We only work with suppliers that are advocates of fair and ethical trade.

I'm giving someone a Coffee Club Voucher, do you have a paper voucher I can give to them?
When you buy a Coffee Club gift subscription, you can receive the voucher via email or post. You can also choose where you want the voucher to be sent. To redeem the voucher simply go to redeem and enter the unique code. The recipient will then be able to set up an account and start their subscription. They can say how want their coffee and where they want it delivered.
