This is a 70/30 blend of coffees from Burundi and Rwanda that together create the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. When using pour over to brew expect floral aromas and sweet flavours of cranberry and maple syrup. Aeropress will bring out a little more depth in flavour and some dense jam like characteristics.
An East African collaboration of Burundi and Rwandan origin, made completely of the red bourbon varietal. The characteristics are showcased beautifully in this blend it is lively, balanced and clean.
